Amazing results
I would have given 4 stars due to lack of instructions, but the final result is so amazing it made up for it! I watched a lot of tutorials on youtube, and there's some mixed info regarding how much product to use, how long to leave it on, in what order, and if it's okay to wet them or use mascara in the first 24 hours. This is the method that worked for me: 1) Start with clean & dry lashes. Mine are very long but straight, so it really helped to use an eyelash curler before staring everything. If I didn't have good vision, I would have had a hard time doing his on my own without help (since you have to look in a mirror up close during the process). 2) Select a rod size or pink silicone size relative to your lash length. The sticky white rods were too small for me, and a pain to use. I used the size L pink silicone (you will receive size S, M & L). **Do one eye at a time** 3) Put lash glue on your eyelid and on the smooth/flat part of the silicone rod that will go against your skin. Wait about 1 or 2 minutes before pressing onto your lid, that way the glue is a bit tacky and it will stick. When it's freshly wet, it won't stick too good. I learned this the hard way. Press the pad gently on your lid for a few minutes. If there are gaps at the edges & you can't seem to get it to stay, don't worry, once you get glue on the lashes it'll pull it down against your skin. Just to make use of more tools in the kit, I used the pink round air pump thingy to shoot air onto the silicone pad with glue, so that the glue would dry faster. I think that helped a bit. 4) Work in little sections! Put lash glue on a few lashes, and use the white thin tool (the thin edge, but on its side) to slide & press your lashes upwards and onto the pink silicone pad. Keep doing this until they stick. Add a little more glue if you have to. When the glue starts to dry, lashes stick a little easier. Once the lash section is stuck on the silicone pad, use the pointed white part of the tool to separate lashes that clump together on the silicone. Repeat this in tiny sections until you finish your whole eye. This step is what takes the longest. 5) Use one of the little green sticks with small round felt tip, dip it in jar A, and work in sections layering it on your lashes (you'll have to dip for more product). I did not put a big glob of product. I went over all my lashes about twice with it, dipping it a few times in the jar, but being careful not to overdo it and get it in my eye. I left this on 12 minutes. 6) With clean q-tips, wipe product from jar A off. I went from root to tip, rotating the q-tip, and I used several. Then, I dipped another q-tip in warm water and went over my lashes again. I was afraid the little bit of water would mess up the process, but it didn't. 7) Rinse and pat dry the little green stick, dip it in jar B, and repeat the process above. This product gave me a tiny slight tingle in my eye, about halfway through, but I had no redness and no irritation. I was extra careful when I did my second eye, and it happened again. Not sure why. I left the product from jar B for 10 minutes. 8) Repeat the q-tip cleaning process. 9) Now for the other two jars...this is where I had no idea what I was doing, but I got great results regardless :) I dipped a q-tip in jar C and wiped my lashes with it. Then I did the same with a fresh q-tip in jar D. The q-tip combined with jar D seemed to loosen my lashes from the silicone, but I still needed extra help with get the glue off. 10) The lash glue was a mess. It was everywhere & not really coming off. I used neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover with a cotton ball on entire eye/lid, as if I was removing makeup, and it came off right away! For my second eye, I dipped Q-tips in the neutrogena eye makeup remover and wiped my lashes on the silicone with it & they came off easily. Then I began wedging a q-tip with makeup remover behind the silicone pad against my eyelid to gently unstick the silicone pad from my skin. I still had to wipe my entire eye with a cotton ball & eye makeup remover at the end to get every trace of glue off. -I put a teeny bit of the mascara that came in the bag, and snapped the pictures. I don't know how this isn't the most popular beauty trend ever. It's incredible how amazing my lashes look!
