Brilliant little device. Ideal for the office! Pairing was tricky at first, so this is how to do it: 1. Press and hold the button till the voice says "power on" 2. IMPORTANT: keep holding the button until the voice states "pairing." 3. Locate S530 on your bluetooth phone and pair it up. Works really well for listening to streaming music discreetly! I have used this for a while now and when co-workers come to my desk just a single push of the button stops the music. The way my desk is set up no-one even knows I am wearing this! :-) Edit: I had a problem today by somehow accidentally turning it to Chinese mode as i was having difficulty pairing to my phone. After some fiddling about I discovered that to switch back to English: 1. Power it off 2. Power it on and let go of the button before it tries to pair. 3. Now the blue light is on (but not in pairing mode) 4. Hold the button again for a second. The mode will then change back to English. On another note: Although the "Apple" type packaging is excellent it is a bit bulky to carry in your pocket! I have found an old 35mm film canister is a superb little container for the charging cable and the earpiece. ** UPDATE: It's nice to see that the seller liked my review sufficiently to include the "language change" instructions I provided above directly into their description now! I guess I should be pleased but it would have been nice to have been acknowledged too :-) **
