It’s obvious from some of the reviews, that people are using it without knowing how to use it. It’s PERFECT. It’s organic, washed, prepped, totally ready to go. We use the shreds for tacos, Carnitas, etc. and we use purchase the pieces for BBQ sandwiches etc. I wouldn’t eat it plain… I don’t even know what that would taste like. But when you cook it with some seasonings and put some sauce on it, it is so freaking good! I’m attaching pictures of some of the things we have made and none of our meals have taken over 15 minutes and they are a hit with our kids, family members, and friends to come over to eat! By far, our favorite brand of jackfruit.
