It confuses me that many people tomshardware, Gamer's Nexus, LTT, der8auer, etc, use this paste and get fantastic results, while I get worse than stock results. I re-pasted my Overpowered 15+ laptop and as you can see in the pictures, before the re-paste I got about 80-83°C maximum temperatures. While after the re-paste I got 85-87° maximum temperatures. I have re applied the paste several times and gotten the same results. I also used this paste on my desktop (didn't take screenshots) with a delidded 8700k and a H115i extreme and the results were: Arctic Silver 5: 64-65° max Kryonaut: 66-67° max. The fact that I used this paste on both my laptop and desktop, and have also re applied the paste multiple times, leads me to believe that I am using the paste right (since AS5 performs better, *consistently*). And instead that the Kryonaut that I got is fake or a bad batch.
