This review is just about size. For years I was using a 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish and suffered overflowing food and sauces. I never thought to actually measure it. Well, the standard 9 x 13 Pyrex is actually 7.25 x 11.75 and 1.75 inches deep! I went looking for a bigger baking dish and found the Emile Henry. The inside dimensions of the the Emile Henry are 9.75 x 13.5 and 2.5 inches deep. In fact, my Pyrex can actually fit inside the Emile Henry! I'm looking forward to cooking with it and not losing any of my recipes' precious ingredients.
