I have wanted a bread machine for a long time.. years! But I was nervous about investing in one and then it not being all that I wanted it to be... well, this machine is all that I wanted it to be. To tell the truth, I am mad at myself for taking so long to buy a bread machine because this machine is SOOOO easy to use. I've had it for about a month now and have been making one to two 1-lb loaves a week. I was following the recipes to the T by adding ingredients in a specific order and then one night I was in a rush to get the bread going so I could go to be and I took my friend's advice for making bread and just added everything in at once and went to bed. When I woke up in the morning, the bread was perfect as she always told me it was when she threw everything in to run over night. I love this machine even more now. You will read lots of reviews about taking the paddle out or not and you can do either. I leave the paddle in and the hole that it leaves is so small - it is not a big deal at all. Last thing I wanted to share.. easy to clean. Nothing really sticks to it so a light soapy water and rinse cleans it every time. This machine has changed my life and is well worth the investment.
