In my opinion, to deserve a 5 star review on Amazon, you not only need to have a product that is best in class, it needs to be fairly priced and have a great company behind it. The RoboVac 30C is in fact a great product. It competes head to head with other top of the line vacuums that cost in the $500-800+ range. However, the 30C, while having great suction, does so in a quiet manner. This is important to us, as we have a new born baby that would not be able to sleep through other robot vacuums. The thing I appreciate about eufy and this 30C is that they do not include other functions that do not add much to the utility of the vacuum (for example: laser mapping, mopping). While these functions map seem like they would add a lot of value, all they do is drive up the price and are poorly implemented. Eufy chooses to include functionally that people would use on a daily basis. I have owned multiple eufy vacuums and the best thing I can stay about eufy as a company is that they have the best customer service. I would rank them about Amazon, Apple, and Google. My first product was a bit of a disappointment, but their team connected with me and made sure I was satisfied. They were relentless about making sure I would happy and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. If you want a vacuum with voice control, look no farther. I recommend this purchase highly.
