Area: 48 cu.ft Duct: 6" about 2-3 ft length and one 90 degree turn Prior to this, i had ipower 6 inch duct fan which is made of metal. It worked great for about 6 month then started making rattling/clicky noise like it's off balance. It sounded like an airplane anyway. To be fair it was overpowered for my setup even with fan speed controller. Downgraded to this and just deployeed today. Very light weight and creating neg pressor in my tent. It makes such low noise, it sounds no louder than a electric consumer house fan. I should have went with this from the start. I can't speak for the longevity as i only had it for a day. Update: in about a year it stopped working. Just dead, wont spin. The manufacturer sent me a new one free of charge. Lets see how long this one lasts.
