I have owned the Aqua Ionizer deluxe 9 for approximately two weeks. I found the equipment and the company to perform very well. I found the installation of the Aqua Ionizer to be understandable. My wife and I have been enjoying the great tasting water and some slight positive changes. We notice that our coffee and tea tastes better and my acid stomach has not been happening. I don't expect changes to happen overnight. My wife and I ordered the water bottles and carry our water daily. The Real Spirit company is just great; our Ionizer arrived in short order and in great condition. I will recommend this product and Real Spirit company to my friends. Update 8/14/16 Good news, I get my blood tested every three months. The results this time showed great news, all of the levels were in the normal range or showing great improvement; the change that I made point back to Aqua Ionizer 9 ☺
