The wheel fell off after very light use for one month! I had a Polaris for 8 years before any problems previously. Don't take a chance. Other reviewers and on-line. Backyard Pool Superstore who sold this is completely not responsive - here is the response from them in our on-line chat: From davidh "We are a re-seller. Our items are covered by the manufacturers warranty when you buy it. We do not have a service or technical support department. With that warranty, you have to go back to the manufacturer with issues. That's the first step. I'm sorry you have issue with that"
