These are easy. I laugh at the complaints. Put enough tea to fill the bottom potion and the are easy to put back together. Actually look at how they fit together before having a fit that they don't fit right. Yes, they can float if you put the product into your cup after you add the water, and yes there is air around your tea so that air needs to be released so you may see a little more floating. Maybe that's why the neck isn't as stiff as some people want it to be. If you actually wiggle the infuser in your cup of water not only does the air escape, but low and behold, look in your cup, the tea is infusing. This also works to stir your tea. If you expect your tea to be infused without you doing even a wiggle of the infuser get a butler or call your mommy to do it. They are simple to clean. I keep one at home and one for the office. I've gone from drinking coffee every day to tea and let me tell you this is about a tenth the effort of making coffee unless someone does that for you too.
