I initially reviewed this product and gave it three stars because it didn't seem to hold a charge. Customer services contacted me as advised to use another USB or the USB cable it came with ( I guess when in doubt follow the directions). I believe the headset deserves a fair review, so I decided to test the heck out of it while the kids are home sick. I used a better USB charger (not the cheap ones from the gas station). I used it for 4 hours non-stop on day one and didn't charge it. On day two it still held the charge and had no issues after 5 hours. Therefore not sure if it will go 13 hours on a full charge, but it will go 8 to 9 without issues. I have used it for both regular VOIP and with my cell phone and in both cases the person on the other end has stated that my voice is clearer when I have the headset on, so kudos on the noise cancelling feature. Plus the range is pretty good. Yes, I look like a telemarketer walking around my house, but unlike my other bluetooth headsets, I haven't lost this one and my ears and head don't hurt. I was just going to raise it to four stars, but it deserves 5 stars because, customer service cared enough to address the issue. Easy to connect, comfortable, sounds great and it does everything they advertise. I will definitely purchase another one from this company when I wear this headset out.
