I’m 5’8 weighing 220 pounds; Normally would wear a size large. However , I ordered a medium plus (MP), I’m not totally disappointed in the MP fit, but as you can see it’s very form fitting and somewhat small, I could have ordered my normal size LRG and still have gotten a relaxed fitted look. Size down if you want a form fitting look , order your normal size if you want a regular fitted look (and don’t want the pockets to your jacket on your breast like my track suit does), either or would likely suit you . Also, the material to this set is very thin and not thick as advertised ( if material matters to you) as you can see in my above video it’s very much see through (I mean it was only 33$, so. . . )
