There is nothing wrong with this litter box. It operates as it should. The cat doesnt seem to like it but that is not the fault of the product. I told him how expensive it was but he doesnt care! EDITED: the cat finally got used to the box and it works great with a high quality litter. I don't buy the refill boxes, I just line mine with a used plastic grocery bag that I lift out and throw away. You have to tuck the edges of the bag around the box but it will save you a ton of money.
