This frame gives great support, and is sturdy. It is all metal EXCEPT for one very important part. As mentioned in earlier reviews, the plastic piece that the leg screws into is almost guaranteed to fail over time. Why that part wasn't made out of metal, or at least metal threaded inside the plastic, is beyond my comprehension. Over time, the plastic piece will strip due to the weight being placed on the plastic threads (see other Reviewer's pictures). Don't let this deter you from buying this product. The simple fix is to run to Lowes or Home Depot and buy three 3/8 nuts (16 thread) with 3/8 washers (both literally cost me around 2 bucks). Take the plastic piece off the leg, screw the nut down the leg and drop the washer on top of it. Then go ahead and screw the leg into the plastic piece and assemble. After all parts are in place, be sure to screw that nut and washer up to the plastic piece to fortify it. This simple, inexpensive fix, will save you from being aggravated in the future.
