Has been hanging off our back patio for a few months. Has survived wind and rain and a heavy fly/gnat season. It is easy to set up (literally plug and hang, viola). Cleaning is easy, too, but I admit that I cheat. We have such a large volume of flying insects in the desert that I could clean it every day. But instead, I use compressed air in a can and blow off the dead bugs without having to remove the tray at the bottom more than once a month. Probably could use a second zapper but for now this is great. If I get a second, it will be the same.
