I hate this thing so much. It's so devoted to being small, that just the mere process of pouring hot water into its tiny PLASTIC coffee grounds basket necessarily shoves granules over the edge and into the coffee pot and sticks them to the handle... every time. Nothing you can do about it. It also does not have the perfectly normal 'steal a cup' feature most coffee pots have, so if you remove the pot before it's done... that's it you are pouring boiling coffee on the counter. It's lame. Choose a different one. Literally, any, different one.
