Warning! I dont see any mention of this on here, but want to add it so you will be aware. 7-10 days after starting to take these, I got VERY sick. Very. It affected me physically AND mentally. Ended up at the ER with severe nausea, all over very sick feeling. Dizzy, lightheaded, nauseated. When walking my dog my legs were very weak, achy, sore joints, and loss of strength. No stamina. Could not walk more than about 100 yards....too sick and tired. Was the only thing I had started taking in months. I stopped taking them and in 3 days I felt 100% better. Talked to my eye Doc about it. He was unaware and suggested I only take one a day. NO. Had no interest in taking them at all. In another 2 days, I was fine. No problems at ALL!! Got better each day for about a week....and it was all gone. Called Bausch and Lomb to advise them of my problems. Talked to 2 different people. They took down everything I told them and then said, "if we need any more info, we will contact you" and hung up. They had NO interest in the problem None. They could not care less. One reason for puttting this one here is so you wont make the same mistake I did-----I bought a big supply since I was going to be taking them possibly forever. When I went to see about returning the ones I hadnt opened, I missed the return time by one day. ONE DAY! I am going to take them to my Doc and see if he wants to give them to someone so they dont have to buy them. My advice is to only buy a small amount. See if they work for you. If not, you dont have a lot invested in them. If they do work, then you can buy more. Do NOT buy a large quantity until you KNOW you will do ok on them. This is ONLY a warning to be aware. From what I have read, the pills do some good. But...be alert to any changes in your mental or physical well being. Dont buy a large quantity to start. Make sure you can take them. I could not and I thought I was going to die. Seriously. They are not to be messed with. Be alert if you take them. I dont want anyone to go thru what I did. Be alert.
