I love this as it allows me to be able to use the receptacles and charge multiple devices at the same time and not take up precious counter space, BUT the usb plug on the right side no longer holds any cable tight enough to keep the device charging as it is constantly losing contact with the board inside. I still have the left one that is fully operational and my e-cig charger seems to work in the right side for the most part, just none of my phones/tablets. Just be aware that this may fail a few months after purchasing. It's still better than what I had before, which was no USB charger ports, so there's that. *UPDATE 2/20/15* Leviton responded to this saying to contact them and they'll send me a new one. I've contacted them about a month ago and have yet to even get an email response, let alone the replacement. Dropping this down to a 1 star due to poor customer service.
