Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I used this bag inside my backpack. Without thinking, I placed the bag and laptop with the zipper pull facing the bottom of my backpack and the metal zipper pull tab rubbed up against my MacBook and left a little ding. Please see the picture. The extra inner cover flap does not protect from this. In hindsight I was overly confident in this bag and should have placed it with the zipper pull facing up. I'm looking for a vertically aligned bag to replace this one, but sadly my brand new MacBook has already been marred by the product I purchased to protect it. I know it's just a little spot, but I feel like I paid $25 to have my MacBook dinged.
