After mounting I noticed the picture was grainy, blurry, and simply not good. I called multiple times and asked about the return policy and after multiple different answers and emails, I learned that I would take a 50% hit since I threw away the original box. So I called Samsung and my cable provider to see if they could help me with the picture and the picture did not get any better whatsoever. In fact, a representative told me I bought Samsung’s “mid-grade tv” - I wouldn’t give this tv that high of a grade. Do not buy this tv. Currently, I sit outside on my back porch and watch my LG that is 10 years old in the 95 degree heat as I live in MS vs inside watching this tv in the air conditioning. Truth. One of the worst purchases and decisions I’ve made. If there was an option to give the picture quality negative 5 stars I’d give it negative 10.
