Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I put this on my face, it felt mentholy, and then 30 seconds go by and my face felt like it was burning off, even after washing my face I couldn't get it to stop burning, the attached picture shows how red my face (the picture doesn't even do it justice how bad my face was) is with hydrocortisone slathered on it, and still my face was flaming red. I'm reporting this product to Amazon, I would be afraid if I put this on my son's skin for his excema what would happen. I cannot believe these reviews!!!
