Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

First of all, if you buy this, you WILL NOT get a 1 year warranty - that's a false claim. Thermaltake's warranty claim is only applicable if you buy a pc directly from them and not from a third party reseller on Amazon which is the case here. To preface this review, I'm not a newbie, I've built pc's but I bought this because parts aren't available due to shortage and this system looked like a decent buy. But the GPU was bad on arrival. My pc kept getting a black screen and the motherboard would 6 times out of 10 show an error light which meant the GPU wasn't detected. I troubleshooted every which way possible from new drivers, refreshing windows, to even changing the pcie cables. I tried my old GPU and it worked fine so obviously something was wrong with this GPU. I contacted the Amazon seller and the first two email exchanges went fine but then they stopped responding. Turns out they changed their store name - like literally changed their store name on Amazon so that my emails wouldn't go through them and I would waste away my 30 day Amazon policy. The reviews and EVERYTHING ELSE remained the same on the page but they just changed the store name. And when I contacted them on their "new store's email" they replied "we are not the previous store" hahaha. I would suggest that you buy a pc from any other seller but not this sneaky and terrible store.
