Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have been playing this game for several years and it has been one of my favorites until recently. Apparently the games are not being updated for some Android users, especially those who play through Amazon. When you speak to the developers, they blame Amazon. When you speak to Amazon, they blame the developers. This has happened for the past four updates. These updates are usually game events (contests really), but by the time I get the update, I'm several days behind and there is no way I can catch up. In addition, if I want to earn the prizes in order to complete the event before it ends, I will then have to spend money to make this somewhat possible. I believe there has been another update. I can always tell because quite a few of my friends will start visiting the same buildings, but of course since I play through Amazon, I won't get the update for several days. I am at the point that I will delete this game because it is apparent this issue is not being solved as I've seen similar complaints from other users.
