Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have used this product twice before and I ordered a third time because I loved it. I noticed right away that something was a little off with the product, not as much on the brush when pulled out of the tube, but I didn’t think much of it. I applied at night and the next morning my eyes were aching and red all day. I didn’t even think it was the product because did never had trouble with it before. Only once I noticed the red lines that formed on my lash line did I realize it was most certainly because of this product. I don’t have sensitive skin at all so this is very concerning. Update 1/22/22: the company will try to entice people to remove bad reviews with refunds and extra products. They have sent me emails and a letter in the mail about my negative review, as well as sending me unwanted product in the mail. I’m not removing it.
