Felt like I swallowed sawdust
My first mistake was believing all the near perfect customer reviews. I thought this product would aid with my digestive and elimination issues. After taking 1 capsule I was in misery. I felt as though I had swallowed a capsule full of dried sawdust. The extreme bloat lasted for 24 hours. And the more liquids I consumed, the worse I felt. Unfortunately I am out the cost of this product.
