Love this waist trimmer!! It helps support my back and always feels good to see the sweat as you take it off. Had to buy one for a loved one bc I recommend! I just need to say that I bought my first one on their actual site, and they only have two sizes (s-m & l-xl) I bought a medium one on amazon and I had to compare, the one I ordered on here was way too big to even be able to support the back, even at its tightest. The material also seems SUPER CHEAP, compared to the one I purchased on Sports Research official website. So if u decide to buy, pls buy on their actual website. Def works better and is higher quality.
