I purchased this item because I was tired of cheap plastic shower heads. I literally used it for 7 months and my husband dropped in ONCE in the shower (on a standard tub, not hard material) and it broke off (see picture)! I contacted the company to send me a replacement but they said their warranty doesn't cover drops. I mean who hasn't dropped their shower head a few times? For being a full metal showered I expected it to be able to withstand a few drops. Shoddy materials, bad craftsmanship, terrible customer service, AVOID!! If I could give this product 0 stars I would.
