I've only had this mug for 3 weeks, and already the finish is chipping away. I use it daily and wash in the top rack of my dishwasher, which is supposed to be safe for the product (and was a requirement for me to buy it). I'm so sad because it keeps my coffee nice and warm for hours, I love the soft non-slip bottom, and it's truly spill-proof. I may have to look into a different Ello mug as a replacement, but I didn't expect to have to do so after less than a month.
