Decent product while it worked. 7 months after I bought it a bad leak developed between the high pressure assembly and the high pressure hose connection. After looking at it we determined that a small plastc insert with o-rings on each end was leaking. I looked online and off line to purchase this little part. No luck. I contacted (after much research) Sno/Sun Joe and as told I can't buy that part and the whole pressure washer would need to be replaced. REALLY!!!!!! The whole pressre washer is shot because of a $1.00 piece of plastic. I told them it's still under warranty and was told I needed to register the washer on their site. I told them that was already done and the lady looked it up. She said someone would get back with me. That was a month ago and still no contact. I have tried reaching them but to no avail. If you want a product that works pretty goid for half a year then this is the pressure washer for you. I'm posting this review because once you register your product with SnoJoe you can expect almost daily "junk" emails from them. This request for a review is one of those junk emails and i really dont expect that it will be posted on their site. I
