These machines are wonderful *if you get a good one*. Mine recently starting having issues and was wobbling/felt unstable. I gently lowered it to the ground and the missing screws in the attached photo were hanging out/fell out of the base. They are all stripped,so I can't put them back in and since this is pre-assembled you can't even try to open it to see what's wrong with the inside. I have been in contact with the seller numerous times and submitted photos, including the one above. They are claiming that the screws that fell out from underneath the base (that again, came pre-assembled) is not a manufacturer defect and was caused by tugging on them. It literally defies logic to claim that we could somehow be tugging on screws underneath the machine. This is a copy/paste of the final email I received from the seller: "Thank you for patience. My technician pulled a unit, and saw the photo. It seems as though the screws may have been tugged somehow causing them to fall off. Unfortunately, this is not considered a manufacturer's defect. If you like to purchase just the base, we can offer it for $80. It would be an open boxed item, so it can have small cracks or gouges. We again apologize." WOW.
