Once again, let down by another Amazon product. And to be honest, I don't know what worst... This poorly designed keyboard that disconnects constanty from the tablet or Amazon's horrible product support. I can't even finish writing an email before the bluetooth disconnects from the keyboard. I purchased the bundled package which included Microsoft 365, but haven't even bothered with it yet. If I can't even write an email, I doubt the working in any Microsoft apps would be productive. Shame on you Amazon for your lousy support and crappy products.
