The EGO Leaf Blower is good, however when the battery failed prior to the manufacturer warranty period I contacted EGO for warranty repair. At the time of purchase I had registered the product on the EGO website. I was shocked to discover that the warranty had been voided because the Amazon seller LFB Group was not an authorized seller! Nothing on the Amazon description of the product at the time of purchase suggested that the manufacturer 3 year warrant on the battery would not be honored. LFB Group responded to my complaint, saying that their warranty extended 90 days, having expired. I've been a loyal Amazon Prime member from the beginning. Word to the wise: do not assume Amazon has your back for warranty issues. I'm also not happy with EGO, since my online product registration was accepted, with every indication that the product was actively under warranty. RLG North Carolina
