I purchased this very expensive trampoline based on the positive reviews and the posted warranty of 2-5 years. When the bungies and the mat began breaking within the first several months of use, I was under the impression they would be replaced by JumpSport. Come to find out, the bungies are considered normal wear and it is normal for them to break within 6-9 months of regular use. The mat, which is stated as having a five year warranty is also false. Jumpsport replaced the first mat which broke after 9 months under the warranty, but the replacement which also tore at 9 months will not be replaced as the warranty is single use. In less than 2 years, and almost $400 spent on the trampoline and replacement parts it is now ready for the garbage. It's a fantastic trampoline when it works, but it wears out and breaks too quickly and with no warranty and extremely expensive replacement parts I would not recommend this trampoline to anyone.
