I really like this elliptical. You need to use your core for balance because there’s nothing to hold onto. Kept my heart rate high! Good workout! UPDATE: Had it for six months and the left pedal just broke. Trying to get the company to replace it! UPDATE: The company refuses to repair this machine that broke after just a few months. They sent us parts and a video and we have spent all day trying to fix it. We are giving up. This was a complete waste is money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
