Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

The idea of these plugs is a good one. I tried a pair. Unfortunately, they don't provide the kind of ear protection that I expect. The sound protection is about half of what I am used to with EAR or rubber plugs. It seems that the problem for me is that they don't go deep enough into the ear canal. The other thing to be prepared for is the complexity of molding to your ear. It is not a very easy task Based on the ratings here, they seem to work for some people. However, if you decide to purchase these, set your expectations low. If they work for you - then great! For now, I'm going to stick with muffs and string-bound plugs that can plug deeper into my ear for much better sound protection.
