I accidentally bought two which was my fault. The first one I opened broke at the hinge. I was able to use the second one twice. I followed the instructions and my first batch of eggs exploded all over my microwave. The second batch eggs didn't explode but when I opened it up one egg was cooked and the other still half raw. The kicker is YOU CAN'T RETURN THE PRODUCT. Also message to the maker you may want to use spell check on your packaging.
