We just finished house breaking our new puppy and the place needed major clean up. After doing some research we decided on purchasing the Sienna Luna Plus because of the versatility that came with the accessories. We depended greatly on this product coming through for us. First off, this steam mop performed very well. It produced plenty of steady steam. The versatility of the steam options meant that it could do all sorts of jobs on different kinds of surfaces. It's also very light! My 110 lb. fiancé had no issues carry it around. On the second day of cleaning the tip of the nozzle (where the attachments connect) broke off inside the one of the nylon brushes during a very light job. We were greatly disappointed. Especially after the praise we gave the Sienna while talking to one of my neighbors. The rest of the work we had to go back to using chemicals, brushes and good old elbow grease. I have yet to contact customer support since it is the weekend. And I'll update my post with how they handle this. This really is a good product but I would say, for now, it was poorly made. For something like this to break in only two days with about 6 hours of use is unacceptable. Update: I had the option to return this steam mop and get a replacement (I have Prime). I decided against getting another one of the same model. The nozzle where the attachments connect broke off in two different places. The structure of the nozzle tip is very thin considering how much pressure you may end up putting on it. Adding heat into the equation also makes the structure (the thin nozzle) more likely to loose its integrity. I believe it is only a matter of time before it breaks again. I replaced this item with a McCullough steamer. The nozzle tip is probably about 4x thicker and actually has a medal pipe covering the inside diameter. In conclusion, I really wanted to love the Sienna Luna. It's light, elegant, has a black light and vibrates for easier cleaning. It also heats up in about 30 seconds. However the nozzle was poorly designed. For my purpose I needed the nozzle to work. If your just looking for a floor/steam mop I would recommend the Sienna Luna. If you are looking for something more then I would shop for something else.
