Have to restart it every single time I want to use it
This product is not ready for primetime, Google. It is embarrassing that I have to restart it every single time I want to use it because chrome cannot find the device. I went through your troubleshooting steps, and the fact that this keeps happening over and over leads me to believe that you simply don't care about this product.
