Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Read the reviews carefully - I researched this product a lot and this was the best seller and had thousands of reviews - but when I received it for the first time, never having used it before, I thought it was weird that it was only about half full, and I remember people commenting on that in reviews but I honestly just assumed the product size had changed but was still the same price/in the same packaging, and I know collagen/this brand can be pricy. I also thought it was immediately weird that my experience with it just didn’t quite match a lot of the reviews, but I assumed I was doing something wrong. I thought it dissolved weirdly and tasted/smelled a little funny for being “unflavored” and people saying they add it to their morning coffee. I had to add a lot of honey/sugar to strong tea to make it palatable. I thought I was just being over dramatic and over time I stopped noticing/minding. However, as I had another order in my Amazon cart as I was running out, I happened to be at Target and I saw it for sale there for the same price as here. I had gift cards so I figured I might as well use them so I purchased this same product from Target. When I ran out of my old container, I opened my new Target one and realized that I didn’t notice the smell quite as much. After scooping it and trying to put the scooper back in, I realized that I couldn’t fit it back in without putting the handle in first as it was packaged. This DEFINITELY was not the case with the first bottle. I cannot taste it or smell it at all in my tea with this new container either and I noticed it dissolved differently. I am not sure what I was given, which I’m going to try not to overthink too much about, but it’s definitely NOT the same as the real product, or at least what I was sent, unfortunately.
