•See original review below this important statement• This international seller gained my personal email (& who knows what else) from Amazon, sent me a random email, & then repeatedly contacted me to remove my honest review of their product. This is against Amazon rules & should never be done by a seller. All contact by sellers to customers should be done through Amazon. Contacted Amazon numerous times & they were not concerned. My personal information has been exposed to an obviously untrustworthy company/person/group of people & this should never happen. Bottom line is all of this is unacceptable and not worth a $40 blanket at all. ••*Original Review*•• Pros: •In general, it heats enough of an area to cover my body if I don’t move around (only used it a few times so far though) •the twin size is large enough to cover the average size woman as far as blanket goes (not working heated portion) •cord is long •blanket is soft & light weight (I do like the blanket portion itself!) •controls are easy to work. Cons: •Straight out of the box it had inconsistent & uneven heat •last 3 rows on both outside edges, which is a decently large area that does NOT conduct/produce heat at all (the parts are there, just does not heat up) •area right @ the plug on blanket side gets EXTRA hot, this would be located right near your chest as it is in the center of the blanket & you need that plug side near the chest (not feet) in order to have access to the heat control pad attached to the cord •Will probably opt for a different product/brand next time.
