If I could give lass than 1 star I would. Basically the machine is OK. There are other machines that are just as good or better. My issue is with the parent company EUFY. They WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS PRODUCT SIMPLY BECAUSE ITS PURCHASED THOROUGH AMAZON. I had an issue with mine that wasn't covered under normal warrantee and I contacted eufy to see where I could send it for repairs, fully acknowledging that I was responsible for the cost of the repairs. eufy told me that they DO NOT SUPPORT MY MACHINE SIMPLE BECAUSE IY WAS PURCHASED THROUGH AMAZON. Their solution was to try and sell me a new machine. I would suggest purchasing a different machine from a different manufacturer. Eufy is a less than honorable partner for Amazon.
