The container now has a rubber-coated handle — apparently an “improvement” in response to buyer complaints. The only thing is, the dimensions of the bottom of the container are a little too big for it to sit snugly and securely on the machine base. So the container is very loose and wobbles and isn’t secure. It’s clear and obvious that the company knows about this new defect, because they pasted a sticker at the top of the base, above the controls, warning that it’s necessary to hold the container down at all times while operating the blender. Are you kidding me??? I’m supposed to stand next to the machine holding down the container so that it doesn’t fly off ?? It’s insulting that the company thinks they can address this design problem (probably a supply chain issue) in this way. I am returning the machine today for a refund.
