I thought it would be great to have individual sized smoothies but this attachment has been sooo awful I recommend skipping it as an attachment. If you need to make smaller batches, I'd recommend the smaller container. This personal cup attachment has a rubber ring that you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO MAKE SURE IS SEATED PROPERLY! If it isn't, you'll have smoothie ALL OVER YOUR MACHINE as well as your counter. As you see there is a plastic 'shield' that surrounds the cup but there is also holes on the bottom that will spill all of your contents down onto your machine if the rubber ring isn't seated properly. We thought we could deal and made sure it was seated as we screwed on the blades but to no avail. I'm done with it and thought I should let ALL of you know. Poor design flaw unfortunately. I don't want to gum up my machine because of this. I'm sure you wouldn't want to either!
