Overall....we liked this bag and when we opened the box and took it out to inspect... we were at first impressed. It appears to be well-made and the reinforced fabric would make cutting into the bag quite difficult. A hard-core thief will find a way to tear into anything...this bag was bought with the idea of leaving our travel documents, passports, extra cash, etc. in a secure bag with the hotel mgrs. safe while we venture out each day. BUT.... one thing that we noticed which is a really bad design-flaw is where the "See-Through" address window is. It is clear plastic stitched on the "leather" portion of the bag. But... the top of the window is open on the inside top of the zipper...(SEE PIC LINK BELOW OR AT BAG IMAGE). This would take little more than a ball-point pen to puncture the see-through vinyl and rip open the bag. Like I said, any determined thief wouldn't be deterred by anything, but this design flaw makes it a little "too-easy" to access IMHO. Soooo...used Amazon.com's return process for a full refund.
