Not only did my rug come days earlier than expected, but this rug came to me packaged extremely well!!! I was so excited to get it that I grabbed it as soon as the delivery guy got into his truck. The rug and the colors are just as pictured. It is a good enough thickness for me. My problem is the smell, whatever particles that are on the rug and it having a terrible fold in it. I put this rug down and I was beyond excited but after hours of trying to take out the fold, we gave up. The fold will not come out for anything in the world. I may have to sit something super heavy on it for a week or so since it is new ....but my BIGGEST issue is the particles that we saw flying all over the room on our night vision camera. I have a small child with epilepsy so we have cameras in every bedroom. The dust or whatever it was can't be seen with your naked eye...but the camera picked it all up. It freaked me out. I knew that the rug had an awful chemical and dirt type smell but I wasn't expecting these particles. My eyes have been itching but my skin seems fine. We have rugs in our other bedrooms and we have never seen this. I posted a video. So appearance is a 4 star with the lump and smell but the particles knocked it down to a 2.
