This would have zero starts if I could give it. We brought a Pur Dispenser to replace our Brita and it was great at first. But after less than one month of use, the filter was so slow it would take over 24 hours to just filter the capacity of the pitcher. We tried all the "tricks" we could find on the internet to solve the problem. None of them worked. So thinking it was a faulty filter, we brought a 4 pack of replacement ones, and are having the same problem. On our 4th filter now, this one has worked for about 2 weeks and now is excruciatingly slow. The capacity of this container is 18 cups, the filter supposedly filters up to 40 gallons. Even if we filled the dispenser every single day (which we don't), it should last us over a month.
