Perhaps this product is designed for very light cleaning of toilets that rarely get used. It is is inadequate for cleaning stains or bacterial build-up, and the pad literally disintegrated when I tried to scrub under the rim of the bowl or the bottom of the bowl. Additionally, there were two different colors of disposable pads supplied and no explanation of the difference. And there was no paper insert with instructions, merely tiny printing on the transparent plastic which gets ripped when you open the tube of pads. The video here shows the wand giving a quick 3 or 4 second swish of the bowl. That will not adequately clean the toilet. I will not buy this again and am going back to a conventional toilet brush and liquid cleaner. Not recommended.
