I've used Rachael Ray pots for years. I was in need of a new soup pot, so I ordered one from her line. My experience turned out to be a disappointment. The first pot arrived and I boiled some water in it to remove the stupidly placed giant sticker on the front. That sticker was completely obnoxious and unnecessary. The next day, I made a pot of soup using the new pot. After I poured the leftovers in containers for later, I noticed a small hole on the inside curved portion of the bottom. On the outside of the pot, on the other side of the inner hole, I noticed that a section of enamel was missing. I have no idea who got to eat the enamel that fell out of the inside of this pot. Amazon was quick to send a second pot and it arrived three days later. As soon as I pulled it out of the box, I noticed a large section of enamel missing on the handle. Back in the box it went and I'll be returning two pots tomorrow. Now, I'm in search of a comparable soup pot. I definitely won't try the RR version again. It's a shame, because her other products have been so durable.
