I was so excited for this flat iron- I love the sleek look and felt confident in it based on the mostly positive reviews. Unfortunately, upon using this iron, I was a bit disappointed. The touch screen panel was temperamental, some of the buttons worked, some wouldn't. The only way I could turn this off was to unplug it. The touch panel is also located right where I hold the iron- because of this placement the screen would often (when working) change temperatures while I flattened or curled my hair, either increasing or decreasing the temperature. Love the look, but unfortunately this did not work out well for me.
